The NBA regular season is way too long. It’s also meaningless seeing as 16 teams make the playoffs each year. But the playoffs are awesome– this year in particular. Enjoy them!

So in the last couple months we have extended tax cuts for wealthy Americans and then grappled over how much to take away from the poor and elderly in the form of medicare and medicaid. These cuts recently agreed to apparently will remove $60 billion or so from this year’s budget. Meanwhile, the tax extensions [...] La, dee, da, oofta! When you don’t know what else to do, just do something! That’s what people in jail always say anyway. Ta ta for now. I don’t want to live in a world in which the Green Bay Packers are Super Bowl champs. Terrible, terrible. This season truly could not have been much worse for Vikings fans. Well, there’s always next year… oh, wait, there might not actually be a next year this time. Lovely! Crazy happenings in Egypt this week. Let’s all hope for the best for everyone involved. Pittsburgh 24, Green Bay 20. Jay Cutler beat up while drinking his sorrows away in an anonymous bar. Randomly saw these videos… best halftime show ever? We live in South Florida and it’s a bit nippy. However, the eskimo suits and community bonfires seem a bit over the top. People have no sense of cold down here. What a crazy NFL season so far. Fortunately my fantasy team is doing well. Two quick thoughts: 1) The Packers’ throwback jerseys yesterday were the ugliest ever, end of story. 2) Arian Foster and Aaron Rodgers are in line to receive awards from this prestigious website for their bravery and all around awesomeness. |
