I am confident I will get my life together and find another job eventually. All Christmas and early winter was bad enough, I had more than enough hours to go to all the appointments I needed. Then managment cut my hours, it was getting to the point I was angry, upset, and crying every day and going to the bathroom 15 times a day. But no one was kind enough to agree with me about going to see a doctor or tell me that I should get rid of bath soaps with purfume, color, or liquid kinds since those can cause infections in your body or that I might be allergic. Soon after I quit. Anyways,after all of that they messed with me by pulling pranks in the bakery in which I worked, got an even meanier supervisor than the woman who had been my previous supervisor. I'm a Christian so I forgave her and the other employees there.That place reeks of bad attitudes, we try to go to Wal-Mart as little as possible; but that isn't the worse part. Then since I have 2 ex boyfriends/BFF Friends in the music business they lied to them and made them hate me, and then signed contracts for me without my consent at the store in the manager's office which I found out through gossip, etc.through a woman that has been antognizing me since I was at least 7; later and got me banned from the arenas downtown, I didn't send anyone any threats. It was there new girlfriends or fans that lived from the wealthier side of town, that have already hated in high school or hated the fact that I ran my own blog on them and for fun for years. I took down the blog, etc. but it's not fair, I shouldn't have to go out of state to discuss things with them and even through my ex boyfriends are celebrities, it doesn't make it right for them to lie to the arena committee here or for Wal-Mart to support them over an employee ever, under the legal laws they shouldn't. But then again this state's goverment is as corrupt as California, it's no wonder my family and I are considering moving south. First I was called in the office over my attendance.I was told I had three written occurences. I only had two though, one had fallen off over a year before. They were still counting it against me!! Well I wouldn't sign off on their coaching and I clocked out and went to lunch. I have been with Walmart for over three years and I have seen a lot of really messed up things. When I clocked back in from my lunch. I was confronted by my Assistant Manager and was told to come to the backroom. She told me to clock out because I was being suspended because of an "incident". I wads in shock, I asked what incident? She says I can't tell you HR or management will call you in the morning. Well no one ever called me. I worked on overnights and had been up all night. I finally got in my car and went to the store and asked to speak with the store manager. I still couldn't get a straight answer about my attendance or the susposed "incident". WTF? Right? Well then I am finally clued in on what I was being accused of, I fully denied it, because it NEVER HAPPENED!! I was accused of threatening to burn down the store and everyone in it! I was treated as if I was a criminal! For goodness sake, I am a single forty-something year old Mother! I was told to write a statement agreeing to it and sign it. I refused so I was fired. The solution isnt just that easy. the problem? 100million people a week visit walmart and theres only 300million of us in this country. So besides employing 2million people they deliver most of the product to americas homes. But since there products are all from china NONE of the money spent stays in the u.s. it actually steals from it so when the economic experst say spending shows growth in the economy in walmarts case it doesent. Since walmart makes the majority of products now consumed in american homes you cant say well at least all those sales are helping the economy because there not. The only way they could help the economy is there workforce of 2 million spending money, but because most dont make a livable wage and there money gets scammed by the 10% deal back intot he store they literally only hurt america in every sense and form of there existence. Once a company has grown to a certain size, not just large but so large that it actually can control a significant portion of americas current economic state and economic future, we need to introduce new legislation that forces them to pay higher wages since they affect the country so much. You may say well this isnt the american way we beleive in free enterprise and all which is true but when a company has gotten this big, dominating the common mans life and affecting your life even if you DONT work or shop there something has to be done. I say a government forced breakup on the grounds of monopoly or on economic crisis the same way we did Microsoft and Microsoft wasn't paying anyone unfairly and we did it to them. In the mean time heres some things you can do that are perfectly legal and will help stop this monster. #1 the old ice cream technique, load up a cart with ice cream or other goods that will go bad quickly and make your way to the outdoor garden center and try and leave it somewhere it wont get found for a while so it all melts or goes bad and becomes a total loss. organize small teams and do this repeatedly on a rotation. Also buy electronics and brake them or remove important items and return them. do it quickly afetr buying and you will always get your money back and they will take a loss on it and dont worry the minimum wage customer service are not trained to know whats all comes in the box i do this and i work there trust me they are that dumb. Also complain and throw a fit and say you want a gift card or your calling "home office" even the store manager is deathly afraid of a home office reprimand and they will give the gift cards, this is also a way to hit them for a completely LEGAL loss. Another classic is if you need oil buy the 5quart of the best mobile1 expensive oil you like, use it for your car, then pour the used oil back into the bottle and return it, trust me they do not check and if you are caught you say "thats how it was when i bought it thats why im returning it, im calling home office on this store" Also a LEGAL way to cause them a loss they cannot prosecute you for. many homeless also congregate behind and near walmarts for the high people traffic, organizing them and giving them some money to go and take carts and push them into nearby woods is always a fun way to get them. There are many more ways to get them for LEGAL losses like "accidentally" dropping glass with liquid in it near whatever registers that are open then getting mad call the store ridiculous and walk out of the store, this will cause a loss in 3 ways, 1 the item you dropped is a loss, 2 your causing them to spend extra already thin resources to re-stock the cart full of items you left as well as a loss on the items if they end up going bad, and #3 you will most likey cause a chain reaction because the spill will stop up the only open register and seeing your act several imitators will walk out as well compounding and multiplying the problem as well as losing sales. If teams would do these "undercover" LEGAL attacks coupled simultaneously with conventional outdoor protests and there organized at holiday peaks sales hours this can really stop them in there tracks, overwhelm them and force them to re-consider there positions. Thank you and remember every little loss counts but finding anti walmart people in your arae and carrying organized losses as i explained will have the best affect. Youll be helping the community your country as well as having a fun new hobby. We cannot just cave into this monster you must understand even if you dont shop or work there this place AFFECTS YOU NO MATTER WHAT BECAUSE IT AFFECTS THE VERY ECONOMY OF THE COUNTRY.
